Today I learned that Yakuza gang members insert pearls in their dick.. What? Apparently, after every year they spend in jail they insert a pearl underneath the skin of the shaft of the penis. So the end effect is that the penis winds up looking like it has a bunch of mosquito bites. This enhances the sexual pleasure for both members. If you don't believe me just google "Yakuza Pearls".
